Colon Hydrotherapy

Colon hydrotherapy, also referred to as a colonic, is an internal bath that helps cleanse the colon of toxins, gas, and accumulated fecal matter. Unlike an enema, it does not involve the retention of water, just a steady gentle flow in and out of the colon. At the same time, abdominal work is given to stimulate the colon to recover its natural shape, tone, and peristaltic wave action.

I use a 100% Therapist-Controlled Gravity-Flow closed system (also known as a Woods System.)  This is one of the gentlest, safest, and most comfortable systems in my opinion, which is why I use it!

We begin the session with soothing abdominal work and lower lumbar stimulation, which helps your body to relax, enhancing the effectiveness and maximizing the results of the colonic.  A sterilized speculum is gently inserted into the rectum and, while regulating the soothing flow of water, we assist with aromatherapy and abdominal work, helping the colon to release its contents. You will be warm and well-covered, as your comfort is given top priority throughout the session.
